You can check the consultation hours in the "Waiting Room" and check in and receive a consultation at your convenience.

① Answer the medical questionnaire
② Click the "Waiting Room" URL displayed on the completion screen
③ Check in for the consultation (enter your name and phone number)
④ You will be guided to a consultation in the order you checked in
⑤When it is your turn, tap "Enter the consultation room" to start the video consultation

・As consultation hours change weekly, please be sure to check the consultation schedule
・Please turn on your camera during the consultation (If we cannot confirm your face, we may not be able to issue a prescription)
