Returns and Cancellations

【Changes/Additions to Products Due to Customer Convenience】
Once an order has been completed, changes or additions to products due to customer convenience cannot be made. Additionally, if you place multiple orders separately, we cannot combine them into a single shipment.

【Cancellations Due to Customer Convenience】
Cancellations due to customer convenience after an order has been completed (sales contract established) are not permitted for any order, unless specifically approved by our company.
*We receive inquiries about forgotten coupon usage, but generally, we cannot accommodate such requests. We may only be able to assist purchasers within one day of purchase.

【Returns Due to Customer Convenience】
Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted, except for defective products or incorrect shipments.

【Product Exchange Due to Initial Defect】
While we take every precaution regarding product quality, if the delivered product differs from your order or has defects such as damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly guide you through the return or exchange process.
*In cases of returns due to product defects, we will bear the return shipping costs. Please send the item COD (cash on delivery).

However, in the following cases, we cannot accept returns or any other claims, even if due to product defects:
・If the product has been scratched, damaged, or soiled by the customer.
・If we were not contacted within 7 days of product arrival.
・If the product was returned without prior notification.
・If the ordered product differed from the user's subjective intention or expectation.
