・Isotretinoin is a medication that is expected to fundamentally treat acne by significantly suppressing sebum secretion and improving clogged pores.

・Isotretinoin has been reported in clinical trials to have an average improvement rate of 80-90% for moderate to severe acne.
・It has been shown to be more effective than antibiotics and placebos, significantly reducing the number of acne lesions in many patients.

・Administer one tablet. *Dosage will be adjusted based on body weight and acne severity.
・Administer once daily. It is recommended to continue taking the medication for 16-24 weeks.
・Take after meals.
・If you forget to take a dose, skip that day's dose and resume administration as usual from the next day.
・*Avoid taking two doses at once on your own judgment.

・Dry skin, lips, and mucous membranes
・Temporary worsening of acne (redness and itching may be severe at the beginning of treatment, but usually improve within 2-4 weeks)
・Headache, dizziness, nausea
・Muscle pain and joint pain

・Hair loss

・If any of the above symptoms are observed, stop use immediately and consult a medical institution.

・Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. Contraception is required during treatment and for 6 months after discontinuation for females, and for 2 months after discontinuation for males.
・Refrain from donating blood during treatment and for 6 months after discontinuation.
・Avoid concomitant use with tetracycline antibiotics, vitamin A-containing supplements, or strong irritant topical medications.
